Soft Lock Appeal

that 1 week "cool-down" thing and hard-lock should have been discarded years ago. a soft-lock after week 3 or 4 (or even when playoffs are about to start) to prevent twl player from hopping back and forth is all that was ever needed. just put soft-lock (hereafter called lock) at the beginning of week 4 (or playoffs weekend) at 1pm est. staff already knows about players using multiple names so no one will try to evade that whole thing by joining a non-twl squad at the beginning and then joining a twl squad by playoffs. also, consider some solution to prevent emo captains from axing a player just so he cant play anymore... common sense and a proper explanation is all that is needed here.

also, if another appeal - like the one a few years ago when some dude got banned and they were allowed to replay their game because the ban wasn't legitimate - gets through i suggest we should scrap the whole rule section and let the twl op do whatever he wants and no one can whine about it.

tl;dr don't make newbie-1-hit-kill-league-zone of 2d online navigational spaceships from 1996 complicated.

ps. pretty much every squad who is in the top 4 category has already made a 'starting 5' before the league has even started. unless demonfaze decided to start playing again and joined pandora right before playoffs started i doubt there would be even a huge issue about when the 'lock' should take place.
