hopone doesnt make you lag, it's just sais 99% ploss, because it doesn't send it to you, or something like that.

The hopone router doesn't answer ICMP traffic [the protocol used in the traces on the client]. This means that it only looks laggy when you do a trace. It's not causing any problems with anyone's connections.

Overall, your connection doesn't look very stable at all. Also, right around hop 9 your ping skyrockets to about 200ms.

I doubt there is much you can do. That router looks to be a South American router. I've no idea what you could do, other than trying to get a proxy to work in the game. Good luck with that one.
