I think metal's come a long way from the black death metal like metallica. Now there's all these new great metal bands like evenescence and linkin park.

I'm not big into dividing music into classifications or berating others' musical tastes...but I do very much enjoy what they call metal. Here's a few bands you should all listen to...I didn't notice them being mentioned in any previous posts, but perhaps I overlooked.
