no offence to some of you but today's teens aren't exactly what you would call mature. Most of them have friends with benefits, walk around yelling g-unit, hwere baggy/tight clothing, and are eager to get into a fight it's society itself thats doing this to most teenagers..... in avncouver almost everyday a teen gets hurt, some killed, last year some kid waving a machete chopped off somefingers at the school i use to go to, it's the parents and society with its violence that are teaching kids that incidentslike these are ok, which of course aren't what can we do? i don't know i'm not a sociologist or a psychoanlayzer but we better do something....

he started his year wif 30 kids
at the end of the year, he ended up wif 8... some got arrested, some got chopped and sliced, soem dropped out and while other... get kicked out cuz of fights
just liek 3 weeks ago, he was talking about it, he said that everyone after lunch, he see his kids coming in wif their whole arm fill wif dry blood or band-aid everywhere ~_~

I think it's this modern, hyper critical, politically correct and sometimes oppressive society that kids grow up in now. Kids are desensitized to so much. I think by pushing so much on to young kids today we are perhaps pushing too much. And yeah with parents treating raising children like more of a chore than as a duty or as something they should take joy in (or whatever you want to say)... it's a whole new breed of kids out there.. kids who are hardly deserving of the title 'child' anymore than say... Hitler or Saddam is deserving of the title 'leader.'
