The "Missing Shade of Blue" problem, as in Hume

Imagine a person who has seen a set of clearly distinguishable shades of blue (light blue, darker blue, darker still, etc). However, between two of those shades of there is another shade of blue which, if seen by him, would be distinguishable from the others, but which he hasn't ever seen. Would he be able to imagine what the shade looks like or not?
