for all you that don't know, FPS means Frames per second- this is how fast your monitor is refreshing, according to continuum anyway.

ok rules : you can turn down / off anything in View -> Options -> Graphics tab, but you must use 1280x1024 resolution.
-i advise using 8 bit colour because you will get a higher frame rate. also use Esc F5, Esc F4, and hit F2 a lot so there is very little on screeen, also spec and go to somewhere where there are no tiles.. this will also increase your frame rate. oh yeah, make sure you have no framerate limit ticked on View -> Advanced options
