I forgave them, but something awoken stupidity in people that is actually changing your environment as a whole for worse. Cancel culture, educational indoctrination, entertainment industry... there was a time when decent people could be moderate, because that’s the way America was supposed to be.

You can believe in whatever, I don’t really care. I’ll have a conversation with you about anything like normal human beings. But to be a proponent of silencing an entire half of the country means you aren’t American.
I agree that labeling (and shaming) people for particular political beliefs isn't constructive. Much of that has been deliberate and extremely lazy straw-manning, such as: "If you voted for Trump, you're unequivocally a racist, and you're no longer a real human being." It's not a particularly proud moment in history for Americans. These sorts of behaviors only shut down discourse, making it impossible for people to have a reasonable discussion; the first and last word is, "You're evil because you're X." We see this from both "sides," unfortunately. It's a continual chain reaction. This is Nietzschean "slave morality" but this time in both directions, where values are not formed by themselves but in reaction to the insidious Other. People are "not X" rather than actually being "Y," to the point where X and Y -- or left and right, if you prefer -- lose all meaning in an ideological hall of mirrors.

The solution is to step away from the untruths of sides, labels, -isms and -ists, and to approach each person as the individual they are.

Just stop already. This both sides shit has aged like milk. I honestly think that anyone who is so completely unaware of the major issues with the GOP and Trump at this point in time shows they don't have the mental capacity to have an honest discourse about politics, and they should simply stop voting entirely until they become more informed. Let the adults in the room handle big brain things like not voting in wannabe dictators, corrupt yes men, compromised russian agents, and known pedophiles.

At this point in history, it's also time for the GOP to die. It's overstayed it's welcome and has frankly lost all respectability. There's really nothing left of it to keep, and the Republican party dissolving would be just one of a long line of political parties going away in America. It's time for this one to end when it has no political platform and stands for nothing. They literally did not run a single issue in the RNC during the 2020 election. Trump had literally no platform at all. Nothing. There's nothing left of a political party when the only thing it can claim is that it isn't a Democrat. There's no excuse left for it to even exist at this stage. That isn't a political belief. It isn't a belief in anything at all. Anyone that claims they are a Republican at this stage in history is basically only doing it because they are intellectually lazy and want to feel 'special' and 'controversial' when they are anything but.

If the two-party system must remain (which it should not), it should honestly be the Moderate Dems vs the Left. The overton window needs to shift back to where it was in the 1940s-1960s, when most of these Trump-lovers would have actually claimed America was great in the first place (what other time were they wanting to make America great again?). Take a look at the Republican Candidate Thomas Dewey's political stances in 1948 when he faced Democrat Harry Truman and compare them to literally anyone today. Republicans in the modern era would call him a raging socialist. Hell, take a look at Nixon's platform. Nixon tried to get universal healthcare to happen in America. Isn't that socialism to these people?

At some point, those who don't know their history should just stop talking and listen instead.

I'm quite aware of Trump's flaws. They're plentiful. As are those of most humans, and most presidents and heads of state generally. To put it plainly, everyone who's ever believed in another human being to save them has been mistaken, and has been set up for a painful but useful lesson. (We save ourselves.)

This is not a "both sides" issue. It's "neither side." I'm against all of you. As long as you are the plural "you". After that, well, we're the same.

Hai guys, Exalt here. All political discussion should fall neatly between two lines that I have deemed accepted. The whole world should revolve around my own emotional hunches and biases. The overton window needs to be just wide enough for an average panel of guests on MSNBC, but not anything further - that would be LiTeraLLy fAsCisM/rUssIan coLLusiOn.

Skipping ahead to this because it proves the point I was fixing to make. This is what it sounds like when people have disappeared so far up their own assholes that you think everyone needs to listen to you because this profound assumption that you are correct and everyone else is wrong. Also, who the hell said all Nazis werent bad? They are what hard left democrats would be today, spinning discontent for the sake of committing genocide, literally or economically. They were all bad lol. And you are quoting sources from people that are all basically CNN, who openly admit to being horseshit news and propaganda.

What do you want me to say? That I worship Trump, or Gaetz, etc? Of course not. Or that the republican party isnt well equipped with its own shortcomings? Of course they are. But lets be real for a second: do the ends of the democratic agenda justify the means? I say hell no.

Also, holding up universal healthcare of the Nixon administration to mentally depraved legislation of today is like comparing apples to nazi oranges. The GOP Intellectually lazy? Any McDonald’s worker begging for $15 an hour and a half day off is a lazy ass Democrat wanting their overlords to take care of their entitled ass. Intellectually lazy is accepting every psychotic group of added constituents to your list of votes to suck off of society’s cock. That’s lazy.

The GOP doesn’t stand for anything. Okay:

Defense of Country: 80% of American military might is composed of a bunch of dumb rednecks, as you’d call them. Thank god it’s not a slew of soft pussy protesters.

Preservation of Constitutional Values: a damn near perfect document that aims to uphold checks and balances of government. Not inflate governmental overreach.

Censorship: people should be able to say whatever they want here, free from legal action (a few exceptions apply). Hell, CNN can go and lie to a gigantic loyal following on a daily basis with no repercussions. Why not everyone else?

Small government: I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would want big government, unless they are truly intellectually lazy.

Free enterprise: most Democrats agree with this but there are a growing number of idiot neoliberals who think government owning production is a great idea. Baffling.

Religious freedom: deal with it. I don’t have to bake a cake for a fucking gay couple or storybooks read to my children by a transsexual moose.

Secular Freedom: let people do what they want (within the parameters of rational behavior, like don’t legalize all the drugs out there). It’s America.

Healthcare reform: the healthcare/insurance system is incredibly flawed and needs a complete overhaul. But not free shit given out like stickers to a kindergartener.

Right to Defense: since you like history, you’d know that even an incremental decrease in a very important right such as gun ownership would eventually lead to banning them altogether. Pretty sure the founders knew that and why it’s included.

Personal Freedom: yep it’s cliche. But as an example of an encroachment on this is the ever increasing necessity of a vaccination certificate. Seriously? I personally don’t think vaccines are bad, but attempting to force people to is batshit insane.

Taxation: taxes are too god damn high which suppresses personal advancement opportunities into wealth. On that note, wealth is a good thing to have the opportunity to have.

Work for it. Much of who the Democratic Party speaks to are the people who use the system and want it to take care of them. I have ahhhh ZEEERO respect for those peeps. Zero. Work for it.

I have a laundry list. Could go on. But don’t say it stands for nothing just because you don’t like it.

Alright, let's take a look at this figment of a platform you bullshitted your way through:

Defense: 80% of the military is not a Republican. You might know this if you actually put your values where your mouth is and actually joined it instead of pretending to be a patriot. I'm a veteran. Are you?

Wanna know the truth of it? https://www.rollingstone.com/politic...troops-946188/

Its almost as if people who served in the military saw the benefits of free healthcare, free college tuition, and other 'radical' progressive beliefs touted by the left. It's almost as if the right doesnt understand the military at all.

Constitutional Values such as what? The right to vote? Look at Georgia. What else? Guns? Nobody is taking those away, but it's funny to see republicans think owning a gun is a personality trait. Anything else?

Censorship: This doesnt jive with your idea of free enterprise though, and the only recent president in modern history to try to censor the freedom of the press was Donald Trump. As for lying, Fox News is the worst in the industry, and legally only cant be sued because they're listed as an entertainment channel, not news. Look it up. Murdoch is a plague on society. He has fooled boomers and young uh... people such as yourself for far too long. As for social media, Facebook and Twitter are private companies btw. They can deny service for any reason at all, just like you want to deny making a cake or whatever to gay couples. You're free to go on that MyPillow guy's site though, I guess?

Religious freedom: When was this ever challenged? Is your religion based on making a cake? Are you retarded or do you really have nothing valid to say here?

Secular: do what they want like what? Endanger the public by not wearing a mask? What cant you do that you want? Smoke weed? Oh, that's a drug. Shit. Abortion? No wait, you hate that too. Contraceptives? Nope, the religious right hate that. Ohhh, do you mean racial segregation? You want Jim Crow back?

Healthcare reform: yeah, you dont want that if you vote Republican. I'm sorry, but this is the dumbest thing you could have listed. GOP response is to repeal and not come up with a replacement. Great strategy. Oh, and no free shit, because uh... your tax dollars should to to useless shit thrown in storage rooms in ever military base in America year after year instead of providing citizens value with their own money. Great stuff

Right to defense: Like shooting up Kenosha, WI? I'm not sure what else you think you support, since the 2nd amendment isnt going away and was never on anyone's platform. The only ones ever talking about it are Republicans for some reason. Maybe you just want more nutjobs to shoot up some schools I guess?

Personal freedom: to do what? No drugs. No abortions. No contraceptives. No right to vote. no, no, no is all Republicans ever say. What freedom do you represent exactly? The right to say no to everything?

Work for it: that's what we do. That's why red states are the biggest grifters in america. The biggest welfare states in the US are all southern Red ones. Look it up. Their welfare is ironically supported by the high GDP states like California. Only a couple red states balance their books, and those are the very moderate 'stay off my lawn and do whatever the fuck you want' libertarian types like Indiana.

                      Hear! Hear! Exalt.

Bluff doesn't want an increase to the minimum wage? How in the hell can you defend that in this day in age where housing, food, gas ect/all products are steadily rising in cost while no wage increases have been made in decades.

Freedoms? What about republican led muslim bans or usa citizen anticonstitutional transgender bans in the military. Or the right to deprive housing and healthcare to trans people legally.

Amazing how the old "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" arguement is made by people who willfully ignore and at the same time support the marginalization of certain groups of people.

The republicans are some of the biggest hypocrites in the world to me sigh. They have cheated the people and used every dirty trick in the book to maintain power. They lose by millions of votes in presidential elections and always cry and lie saying elections are rigged . They are represented by 41 million LESS people in the senate yet maintain an even standing in power. They gerrymander the house. Really hate the neofascist mentality the right is now fully ingrained in.

Biden is too far right to me. So far he too has failed us on minimum wage increases but is at least doing a good job with the pandemic and addressing many other wrongs trump and the repubs pushed like the transgender military ban. People may think it isn't a big deal but I'll be damned if I'll ever allow someone to take my rights and my trans brothers and sisters rights away as a citizen and not fight like hell against them. It is complete lawlessness. The I won't bake a cake for gays is another cloaked bigoted position that is totally unconstitutional. I refuse to live in nazi america where we have foul signs outside business refusing services to specific groups. That is some Jim Crow era, "blacks use this water fountain" BULLSHIT.. grrrrrrrr

Since I first posted this ive been muted about 5 times, as i watch the pedophiles and fecal feliacs here have endless conversations without getting muted, i get muted when i give facts to the trump cult they dont want to here, it's clear staff is the problem and have let trump radicals take over the zone. I want to form a squad to hunt down these klan fanatics and rid the zone of this disease, who's with me?
