Newbie or not I already told you that that is your opinion and it doesn't mean that a 'newb' wouldn't know more then me or another long time player. Trying to Have an informed opinion on it with the small bits of information you have and because the entire process is hidden from players would be foolish, even more so now that you think I'm actually debating this with you.

Take the shit talk and staff flamming somewhere else, I suggested the Trash Talk forum but a simple TXT file on your HDD will do. The deans shouldn't recruit 'elite' people, if they did we'd have 25 or so idiots running around acting like you without a spec of respect or intelligence as staffers. I can't stfu? im here to tell everyone that the new staff recruits are sad and outrageous.

First of all we have peace <zh>, i saw this guy pubbing 6 months ago i was saw him when he made his name. haha now he thinks he owns all of ?go base, calling people newbs left and right.

Then we have Kyace <ER> and Ikrit <ER>, who i both saw for the first time 6 months ago and i doubt ne one ever knew who they were so obviously must be friends with pl.

So in conclusion tw needs to shapeup and stop recruiting all these bitch ass newbs like peace_maker rofl this guy is terrible and how he gets in staff is beyonnnndddd me.

1: Ikrit is Jacen Solo, he runs TWDev and has worked for the zone long before becomming staff.

2: Kyace is probably the best ER ever and has been here for years.

3: Peace knows his stuff, take it to trash talk for the rest.

4: How long you've played is less important then the knowledge, experience and attitude you have.

5: The method of recruitment is not normally know to players, of course it would be beyonddddd you alapy.
