WinXP Pro keeps restarting out of nowhere

Windows XP Professional with all the latest upgrades restarts without me doing anything. Does anyone else have this problem? I've noticed it usually happens if I leave Continuum running idle, in the game and I step away for a few.

Its also done this on other occations without being in Continuum.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

dl Ad-aware and make it scan ur drives. Probably some spyware

Do you get any warnings or error messages at all?

Otherwise, go to the Advanced tab under System in the Control Panel, and click the Startup and Recovery button. In the system Failure section, remove the check from the box next to Automatically reboot and click the Ok button.

Now if you're system encounters a critical error it will no longer reboot automatically, instead it will give you a description of the problem.

If you use an alcatel modem, make sure you update the drivers as the drivers that come out-of-the-box clash with XP.

There's a new one that acts just like blaster did.
It's called the sasser worm.. update your virus definitions and check.
