any decent statistical approximation of a basers performance in their ship would need to be done by people carefully watching and stat-tracking each player, a la NFL or NBA or whatev.

so many things.... a spid for instance
- # of times forced shark rep holding cram (+ assists)
- # of times "" "" breaking cram
- # of times "" "" in FR
- DOA's, etc.
- # of times forced terr to re-position in FR
- amt of enemy fire/NRG baited (how many bullets fired vs u that wouldtn be fired otherwise)
- 1v1 victories under
- Deaths in cram / in FR/ breaking cram
- AMT of total dmg dealt, broken down by game phase like above

etc.


Im lashing out vs the $$$ proposals-via-stats because it feels like it would cause a lot of things to happen that ppl were trying to avoid by not having TSL

Keep it simple prize 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Players who started 2 regular season games in that division or 1 playoff round get part of the squad prize pool.

Giving to 2nd and 3rd would be like giving 10$ at best, there is 3 leagues, 1000$ is big but it can turn quickly into little if you spread it too much. Only winners should get it, proportionally to playing time. Can keep it single as if a sub happen just call it 0.5 part for both players for that game. Of all the ideas the only one I like is the lucky SOB one, literally everybody can win it it's a lottery. Must it big enough to be interesting but not too much to not eat in the winners pot. Something like between 20-50. That's what I would do if it was my $$$

Just give 90% of it to RaCka for being an animal last twdt and then distribute the rest to however pressure sees fit, as long as it goes to only 8 star elite people and above. This is prize money we are talking about, we don’t want to give it out to scrubs. We should totally reconfigure how the league has been run to achieve this.

True that, the problem with splitting too much, it will be basicly become pennies, and not worth the trouble to withdraw from paypal.

Given that this is not the original 5k idea (maybe something later comes up?) Wirah already clutched it up by helping with what he decided. Everyone should have a shot at it regardless of their skill, but the incentive should be reasonable for people to be lured into competing / deserving.

Turb's proposal seems the most structured and cool one, but not with this budget.

I'm up with the ones that say, keep it simple. If we had a bigger budget, we could split more and give creative / fair awards such as mvps and best X at. A simple 333$ per league winner (split by starters, maybe adjusted for basing), or if anything you prize the 2nd place as well.
