rules questions - star caps / basing map

[B]can someone clarify what the star caps are please?[/B]

I'm trying to write a basing review, and getting the impression some caps think the limit is 68 and some think 69. So I went off to the forum to check, but couldn't find the answer.

I thought 42/69, but trying to find this information via this forum takes me on this journey:

- which says 41/68

[B]also please confirm what map will be used in base[/B]

It’s 69 per the current league ops and that’s what the captains drafted for. 42 for the other leagues.
