The twl website says it takes effect after oct 03, while it usually is after first round of regular season. Which version is correct?

i'm no twl operator, nor staff, but i'm pretty sure the rules have not changed (else they would've announced it) hence i'd go by the rules.

"All Trench Wars League rosters will experience a soft lock after the last Round 1 match. This means that any players that de-roster from a Trench Wars League squad will no longer be eligible to join another League squad for the remainder of the season. Players from non-TWL squads may still join." -

i disagree, turb. you can't put "softlock on oct 4th" in bold yellow letters on the homepage of the twl website, completely contradicting the traditional rules, and then fall back on those rules.
because of the ambiguity, i think humid should honor the posted date.
