Lets see some fairness across the boards then. Why is hydra allowed to play in ld instead of QS who have clearly shown to be a much more dedicated warbird squadron than hydra just because QS fell short on the dd ladder just like plade on the jd.

And by weavers logic, we are rewarding new squads for forming 2 weeks and being really active before leagues start over squads that have been established since June. Sounds like a great recipe for a squad that will be forfeiting games in a few weeks. GJ

As I said I don't have any say over who gets in and who doesn't nor am I familiar with the process. Perhaps pascone could shed some light on why Hydra was accepted over QS. At the very least, I can tell you right now Hydra wasn't invited just because Kim was on it =) Screaming abuse is easy and a great way to stir shit up, but I really don't think that was the case here.

I'm not sure what the deal is with the situation, except its another qualification problem. I'm with Weaver on this one, it definitely needs a change. I doesn't strike me as fair to choose a squad over another though because of how many games played, especially if both have met the requirements. I understand what pascone and the rest of the twl staff are trying to do, but I don't think they should have this much say as to who gets in. Rules should be a bit more specific, and apparently much more strict. In terms of registration of course I mean.

Its easy to label someone as whining and screaming for abuse. My history in the game shows me as neither.

Point is, this was wrong and obviously staff is going to do nothing to fix what they did and the players on fistula have to pay the price for it, but that doesn't make this type of staff behavior any more appropriate.

If you ask any of the javs in fistula im sure they will tell you that they are all 100% extremely interested in playing twlj, weaver. The only reason our game # is so low is because our guys had a hard time organizing a time when they could all be playing together due to differences in time zones. If 15 games wasnt enough to get in, then pascone should have never mentioned a specific number, so this is the result of his poor organizational abilities, not ours.

So yeah, if plade deserves the twlj spot because they have a higher ave rating, play alot more games and vs harder opponents, then why is hydra still in twld and quicksand is not? It is practically the exact same scenario.
I guess izor should have recruited Kim.
This just magnifies the abusive oligarchy known as tw staff.

Also, you managed to find the time to play a lot of DDs, clearly timezones weren't an issue for those. You also found the time to play JDs once the qualification date was announced!

I agree with Confluence. If you look at Fistula's game history, it's significantly different than the build/juice incident. Build didn't play anyone good whereas Fistula played just about everyone, which is why they earned their spot. It makes sense why Juice is in LB but it doesn't make sense why Fistula isn't in LJ.

Bottom line Weaver, and you can try and tell me that the color blue is actually yellow all day long, is that fistula met all the requirements to make it in, and we should be in just like any other 12th squad qualifying in their respective divisions. If we weren't interested in javs, which you seem to love to say, then we wouldn't have played the games that it took to get in.

And the only reason that fistula isnt in is because of staff shifting the ladder on their own to decide who team number 12 should be.

Looks like someone forgot to add this rule to your book of rules for leagues: diputs - "staff reserves the right to do whatever they want, whenever they want, in accordance with anything they might want to do at anytime."

Plade should definitely be in over fistula. Plade has the javs to compete far better than them and even if it went to a playoffs conf would have to get like 40 kills to carry his team in a victory vs plade. Plade is just the better team and staff made the right decision.

Also the reason staff didn't take out mambo or heracy is because they had a lot more points than fistula did. Im sure if fistula had 1200 or 1300 pts then the squads they played would not be enough to knock them out. 17 points difference but over 100 points average played difference is obvious why you are not in. Conf cmon you should have seen this coming...

Your point is probably valid, and I don't think I've contested it in any of my posts here. I was just sharing my opinions, which as I said before have no weight in the decisions that were made. For the sake of competition, I'd say QS and Plade should be in though! =)

That agrument does nothing for the outcome of what staff did. Fistula had a higher rating than mambo. Does it looks like mambo got the short straw based on that hardcore logic? Nope.
