This shouldn't have even become an issue. If the leaders of twl would have stuck to the rules and not meddled with the ladder just to please their own desires of who they deem worthy then there would have never been a word out of plade who already knew they hadn't qualified. I don't blame plade, but I also woudn't be real proud of my squad getting into lj this way if I was them.

But don't forget TWL staff at christmas time plade.

Do we really need to restat the very obvious fact that we had a higher AOR than squads ahead of us and that you only applied this rule to fistula and not to other squads within twdd and twjd.

The reason plade and hydra have such a high "rating" is becuase they played squads at then end of twd when everyone already had a bunch of points. As to where fistula and qs played games since twd reseted, like when dice had under 1000 in lj? Your logic is flawed and this is just another step towards the internal destruction of this zone. TWL should still have auto-qualifications for playoff squads, it makes no since to have nothing to aim for now. As for me and a few others who were waiting for twl to start, to return to our respective squads to play leagues, it's ruined. I would like to congratulate plade on winning games vs heracy, mym, heist and other low-tier squads who had many points to boost their rating.

Fistula &gt; Plade

So next year my goal is to have my squad play style 50 games, then come back and play -indigo- the rest, my avg r would be most higher then everyone elses, and under pascones logic i would make twl in all categories

Your constant bringing up of you vs mambo or other squads, you had 15 points high average opponent but you had 15 less points. Points are weighed more than the strenght of schedule, if you will. It's clear that they were thus more deserving. The argument is worse for hersay than mambo. You didn't make TWLJ. If it's that big a deal to you, join a squad that did.

Take an active squad with competitive players and encourage them to dissolve by flaming them. This would make twld much less fun for other squads as our players would be distributed out to other squads and then some squad full of newbs would take our place. We earned our right to play in twld as well as twlj according to the rules you and your wonderful staff put together.

I like the encouragement to be hoppers, great plan of strengthening league play.

Let fistula play plade in a qualifying match for twlj.

Let build play juice for a qualifying match for twlb.

I don't see how anyone can disagree, seeing as both juice and plade both "made" twl in their respective leagues by not actually qualifying. And if juice and plade are the powerhouse teams in their divisions that twl staff obviously thinks they are, then they will win and claim their spot, and permanently silence any opposition/disagreement.

It doesnt take anything to host a basing/jav match and would be another good test for the bots. win win.

Now lets just see if the twl staff swallow their pride long enough to accept the fairest compromise for the tw community.

Don't active squads typically play more than a game every 3 days? Also, wouldn't competitive squads want to a harder challenge? I think we chose the more active and competitive squad.

I'd play the match, but I'd still think its unfair that plade would be given a chance to join a league when they didn't qualify under the rules set forth beforehand.

The same could be said for any squad that didn't "make" it legitmately such as plade. Giving them a one game chance at the lowest squad within a division to get in totally negates qualifying under the system installed today.

Why have a ladder at all? Lets just have a popularity contest and see who can kiss up the best.

Why not send a message to disqualifier and see if -final- wants a chance to get in?
Lets see if demonfaze is interested in bringing syndicate back too.
I'm sure they could easily put together a team that could defeat both fistula and plade in javs and "qualify".

Point is, plade did not qualify for twlj. They were carried in. And any attempt to bring them in by making new rules and bending old ones is lame.
