i couldn't care less what kim is. i rarely ever talk to him. why would i care if he wins twlj? one squad wants only saturday, the other squad wants only sunday. the rules say you can schedule a game for saturdays. it would be BIAS if i just put the game on sunday 'because that's how it always is' that reason doesn't even make sense. again, no one explained why it's so difficult to show up on a saturday for 20 minutes. the reason of 'that's how it usually is' is just terrible. i'd rather play on saturday than sunday because there's nfl playoffs on sunday afternoon...

Saturday night is usually nice opportunity to be with friends and have a few drinks and such. Game is 4pm so it's propably 9-10pm for most euros. Big chance you are already gone. I dont think anyone wants to come back home to play subspace for 20 mins.

For americans, well I dont see big problem there.

the reason why the game vs hydra is so important is the winner basically gets 3rd seed, and what does 3rd seed entail?

First round vs Style, second round vs Disoblige. Now the 4th seed gets First round vs Thunder, second round vs Dice. Now you tell me which route squads will like to take? Complete bullshit, Saturday should never be an option, Kim only did it cause he knew some of our starters wont be able to show, and all his geeks would show on Saturday.

i think we've presented a few reasons why saturday is a bad time, we can't all make it, some people like to leave the house one of the two days we have off of work/school, saturday matches are almost never used unless they have to be...so what's the reason for not playing sunday, the day twl has been on since i started playing 5 years ago? surely there is a reason besides "because hydra wanted to"?

hydra didn't suggest any time for sunday. if they did, they removed it. if it isn't completely random on how who gets their time, then it would be bias? then i think people would be pissed about that. i still don't get how playing for 20 minutes on a saturday is so fucking impossible to do.

Because it's unexpected? Most teams go through an entire season without playing a saturday game. Hell, in 3 seasons this is the second time we play a saturday match, but in the other case it was agreed by both.

They must have removed 15:00 on thursday night or so, why you would all the sudden choose a Saturday match in front of a Sunday match is beyond me, since all history of scheduling shows that staff has always put sundays ahead of saturdays. That's why you hardly ever see saturday matches.

And the reason people might find it "biased" is because its totally unreliable, but I dont care about that. We're willing to change to 15:00pm which they originally suggested, its not what we wanted but whatever, at least its not a saturday match which they have probably been planning since day one while we get a days notice.

If you let this go on Hydra will have a major advantage. A squad shouldnt be able to add in a saturday match in scheduling and remove all other suggestions at the last moment and actually get it. Can you not see this?

This is the reason why this looks biased, because you're going against all tradition, and it just fucking happens that the captain of the other squad is a "TWL Advisor".

i gotta kinda agree that this is stupid. games arent really ever played on saturdays. unless there is a special reason why the game must be on saturday, move it to sunday sometime. thats just stupid. i mean, i like watching pandora get the shaft as much as the next guy... but this is just dumb. to basically flip a coin and decide on a saturday.

Usually I try to stay out of stuff like this...but wow. Pascone's idea of random would have been alright if there was a reason for it in the first place. Is there a reason why Hydra doesn't want Sunday? Since there are very few games I doubt getting someone to host it was the problem. Also the fact that we have 2 make up games should have been taken into consideration.

If there was a reason why Hydra couldn't do Sunday then so be it (I would like it hear it). From what I have heard Hydra could make a Sunday game (they already have one on Sunday), meaning more consideration should have been given to the fact that we have 2 make up games and need times when we can get people to show up for them...

But anyways, its done and we know it won't be changed.
