Okay so there has been a lot of debate on this. I decided to ask 16 squadcaptains on the TWLD ladder what they thought. Based on their responses, I have decided to increase the number of TWLD squads who can qualify for TWL to 10. Those lucky squads better prove themselves!

I too also feel that this 2 terr idea was thrown out there to create a buzz without adequate support for such an idea. From my point of view, if the idea of 4 spider limit was enforced this season, it would at least make sense where our direction for TWL is coming from..the constant battle between advocators of the 5 spider lineup versus advocators of the usage of a special ship as shown through months of discussion on these forums. No where had it been discussed that the introduction of a 2nd terrier would be a fine idea to look into.

Don't you think if these people expect some sort of heightened competition in TWL, that they have a responsibility to communicate that? I'm sure if this majority popped on, to even just give one post each to argue in favor of less squads, that it would of remained at 8. If they were lazy, and didn't care enough to even make a single post, when via people ingame they should know changes are being discussed... that's what we call tough luck. In addition, if people are threatening not to play, rather than taking the time to form arguements on here, then they obviously don't really care that much. If they don't care enough to voice arguements over the span of a couple weeks, that are going to affect 3-4 months worth of TWL? They'd rather just boycott the thing over 2 extra squads - even though they didn't even voice opposition? If this is the top level competition you're talking about, leave me out of it.

2 terrs arent being forced upon anyone. Everyone has the same option to use it. Most likely noone will. So quit your bitching.
