You can put me down as a last resort captain if you want (ONLY if you don't have enough qualified people already) I really can't stand the people that bitch about not playing in every game they want to play in, but I'd tolerate it for the sake of the league...and I managed to have the best regular season team WITHOUT abusing loopholes last season.

Since you only have volunteers such as hulk to choose from, I guess I'll cap. Just fix the free agency so people can't sign up at 11:59 PM again. Hate to see people getting ahead because of loopholes (and still fail). Also tired of phizey talking when he needed my help to even make playoffs the season he was the "overall champion."

Already fixed that. Players cannot be bid on during the same "window" that they signed up in.

As for caps, we have not yet announced who they are officially. Those are the volunteers from this thread. Be on the lookout for that soon.
