I have a lot of subs that are decent but if the person making my sub just puts shit on bread it ends up tasting like ass. I get the BMT with most of the vegetables (no onion, no olives, no jalapenos, banana peppers only sometimes), a little oil and vinegar (pray that the lady working the counter gives a shit about her job and doesnt just put sauce on in completely random amounts even when you tell her what you want), mustard (they got rid of the deli mustard, sucks), the italian seasoning, a little of the red pepper mixture, and a little salt and pepper. This sandwich is either way too salty and spicy if they lady doesn't respect when I say "a little" or the greatest sandwich ever if I get a good "Sandwich Artist." It's a home run swing but it's worth it.
Perhaps I analyzed that a little too in-depth.

I used to love subways. Especially with jalapeno's.
However,
Being a carpaccio freak (I a.l.w.a.y.s. order it as a starter and quite often for lunch) it makes life a gift from god living very close to this italian place with the best M.F. sandwiches in the country (actually... for the record. they have had five nr.1 awards in the row) i can't go anywhere else anymore.
hmmmm italian bread (ciabatta) with carpaccio (not some supermarket stuff..imported dried italian carpaccio!), pinenuts (A-LOT), sun-dried tomatoes, capers, parma-ham cheese (again, imported), little bit of basil, and -of course- some mean imported italians oils on top.
Ughm....no more subways for me!

Footlong turkey on honey oat, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, bell peppers, banana peppers, olives, honey mustard, spicy mustard, pepper.
Viola. It's almost a given that this is what I'll order in any given Subway. And sure, Quiznos is way better, but pricier.
