Basically when you drivin around da hood wit ya boys and got nuddin 2 do, go cop some spoons from ya mama's kitchen and then scout out the hood for the biggest meanest toughest lookin african american you know and throw a spoon at him, if you hit him you get 1 point, if you miss you have to get out the car and pick up your spoon.
