the world trade center towers weren't protected adequately from fire.

the steel beams had insulations which blew off, exposing the steel to the (yes, ultra hot jet fuel) fire.

the building also had a unique design, where all the support columns were either on the outside wall or the very center. Most buildings have a somewhat even distribution, along with a very strong core as well (elevators/stairwells).

Simply put, that building was built differently. It proabbly had all the steel beams covered in insulating concrete. Also, the floor plan was probably more evenly spaced, so you don't get teh "pancaking" effect of one floor crashing on top of another, on top of another.

remember, the WTC failed because only two bolts held up each floor beam too, and when the steel expanded, the bolts sheared, and the floor literally dropped to the next level.

Yo I don't get it, from what I understood from 9/11 physics experts, i was taught that fire make building collapse to ground. How teh fucks hotel get blazed on fire for hours from basement to roof and not collapse? China must got some l33t engineurs or smthing
