How do you ban someone when half of your playerbase is probably quitting after this game just got ddos'd. Numerous times I've proposed a merger between all of the remaining zones of SS, only to hear from many staffers that EG/SVS have denied the offer in the past.

Perhaps this is a good time to offer the opportunity again. Add the pub maps for EG/SVS to two separate arenas in ASSS TW and post on their forums that they can play them on our new server. The numerous small populations will yield a population of roughly 400-500 players total, all with experience, and I think we'd see a spike in the pub/league population of the overall gameplay of SS.

Just a tipsy thought. The kinks can be worked out later. Their players are, I'm sure, thirsty to play SS again. Give them the opportunity and they'll owe us for it. I think a unified SS with a 'larger' population instead of numerous small populations is the best way to go for the longevity of this game.
