I did see 14x14 at one point, but there has been a few issues killing activity with it:

1) DT ending this weekend, zone will die while people take a break, next DT in about 2 months.

2) flag game doesn't auto-start

3)...

I am not currently staff, that will be up to SpookedOne . I highly doubt this is replacing pub, but it is something different for awhile for us to do while it is currently off-season from major events. (DT/TWL, etc)...
