PDA and reloading the OS

Hi yes my name Ace and I'm an idiot. I bought a Sony Clie on ebay. THe OS is in half Japannese So it is to frustrating for me to figure out. So I want to know if I can some how reload an english only OS on it or I will just sell it. I will sell it for 100$ CND if any one is interested.
