SSCU Trench Wars is having alot of packetloss. Is anyone fixing the problem?

I agree, was playing for more than a year with 2.7 s2c and 0.3 c2s and now it's 13.7 s2c so it puts me in spectator almost immediately and I can't get out of it.
c2s is still low, at 0.3%.
