Fix to the "Scrambled Radar" Bug

I found a fix to the rare, "Scrambled Radar", appearently it happens when someone changes their resolution up too high and the radar malfuctions and thinks it is still a smaller resolution, so when you set your resolution too much higher, you need to set your radar to small, then there is no "Scrambled Radar".
