Format.

Name- "your in-game name"
Specialty- "wbs.. javs.. spider.. etc."
Experience- "playing time.. past squads.. etc."
Looking For- "what divisions.. serious or fun.. etc."

EXAMPLE-

Name- Age
Specialty- javs
Experience- playing since 03, great jav.. etc.
Looking For- Looking for a dd/jd squad
