finals predictions
After somewhat one-sided wb and jav matches and heated and exiting base matches, it is finally time for finals and again zidane's power trying for the triple-crown.
WB
npcs vs power
NPCS eliminated Haze in 2 games, first one with a landslide, second one being more closer with riverside/dreamwin being main culprits. NPCS have found really strong lineup, which delivers with underrated klean-x and azuline as low stars and trio myth/bombed/rainbow doing the damage. Staying alive, good teamplay and players capable of both close finishing and lobbing from mid-range, can Bombed finally get his first title.
Power started semis strong with beam and okyo leading the pack, strong support from zizu and sword and genx doing well as low vp. They also won the second game, but that one produced one of the largest comebacks ive seen being at some point with Ronaldos having mid-game 13+ lead. Their tactics included breaking the slow pace game power tried to enforce on them and chasing players in packs and finishing one by one. It worked getting several power players at high deaths, but problem was that the top players from ronaldos were the ones at high deaths and once they slowed down, power started gaining momentum again. Okyo managed to stay alive at 9 deaths for 4-5 minutes, while one by one ronaldos top players like tripin and flew were eliminated. Even at 5-3 man advantage ronaldos had a few points ahead, but Power strong teamplay and numerical advantage gave them eventually 50-47 win.
So question remains, will mythril get another wb win in his too large trophy cabinet and will bombeds title curse will be finally broken, or will power find answers and eliminate myth again, as last season semis and produce further heartache for bombed and get their first win towards the potential triple crown. Power I think, is underdog in this game, just like last season, but there are some advantages they can try, main thing being 2 alternative roster combinations, as power also has potential of using dak and turban from bench and christian10 as low star who has put in some good performances all season. NPCS really have only siaxis as alternative for rainbow to try, as rest of lower rated players have not been good enough compared to azuline and klean-x. So bad day for some low star could mean trouble. Their main season games ended 1-1, but as in both games little bit different lineups were used, they are not really much of an indication how this would end up.
Prediction:
Unlike semis, i do feel both team have a win in their pockets, but demoĊs will start haunting bombed in r3 and Power will take the win: Power 2-1

Haze vs Power
Both semifinals went in a similar style. First game with landslide win, second a bit closer, but in the end it was pretty easy day for both Haze and Power to make it to finals. Haze lineup had no surprises as they went with their standard rough/dreamwin/cripple/dwopple/rabbit! lineup. Ronaldos did try 2 different approaches but neither really gave them much chance. This is the team that has confidence, great top star players who have been good entire season and dwop/crip have also been great support so far.
Power demolished npcs in first game with noone on npcs even going even in scoreline in a quick 10 minute game. Second game was made harder by genx being hunted down and eliminated already after 7 minutes. But power really held their own and comfortable lead until the end with turban and zidane at their usual game and beam discovering his last season jav form.
What can be expected of this game. The top players involved (rough/dw/turban/zidane) have been easily best javs entire season apart from maybe saiyan, so it will be definitely a great matchup. Crip is almost always reliable and best 8* jav this league, also okyo has had a great season and together with lockdown being best 8.5* of the season. Although dwop and beam maybe a bit more shaky producing both good and bad games.
Genx has entered the power lineup pretty recently and has been good apart from 1 game, rabbit didnt enjoy the best season so far, but in semis played well. So it looks very equal on the drawing board. Also games between teams in main season are 1-1, although a bit different rosters were used on both sides.
Prediction:
I have a feeling that history will sort of repeat itself and power does not win all leagues. I feel like power is probably best at base, so this leaves jav, which has not been all that convincing at times. So i predict haze to win 2-1. Hope i am wrong.

Haze vs Power
Both teams needed to show their best game to get to finals with 2-1 wins against ronaldos and npcs. Still, overall 2 best teams of season are not set to meet in final.
Haze started semis convincingly with 5 min win, so it was quite surprising Ronaldos pulled a strong win in second game with saiyan putting up a show and zizzo having unusual bad day at office. PA taking spot from underperforming Trippin playing definitely its part. Third game though, Haze was back to their normal with masterclass performances from zizzo and dreamwin (5teks) giving no real hope for Ronaldos.
Power was sort of mess in first game against npcs, zizu was not having the best day, genx was struggling with lag and spiders were underperforming. Zidane made a bold change with genx taking terrier, beam/zid duo taking sharking duties, which allowed power to field massive spider line of turban/sword/renzi/okyo with under azzaz. Took a bit for the new lineup to get, but once in full force, power became really hard to break, cram held for long period of time which resulted in 2 strong wins to secure final spot for Power.
So in last games of season, haze, which has now lost 2 games, but still being main favorite will face very flexible and dangerous power team. Haze boasts best terr of the season zizzo, well cooperating shark duo of dwop/omega, spider megastar cripple, multitalented dw, rucci and arguably best under duo in rabbit!/groan. Will be interesting to see what lineup zidane will use. There is the one which usually worked fine in main season with zizu being terr genx/zidane as sharks and okyo/lee/azzaz + 2 10* spiders from renzi/sword/turban, but also equally strong if not stronger option tried in semis. Either way, power has the advantage of 2 really strong lineups incase one fails, haze really does not. Power was also only team who managed to beat haze in main season, though, that was without dw, so games in main season were 1-1.
Prediction:
I feel like power flexibility and options on bench will in the end become handy and in 3 games, power will take their 2nd title. Power 2-1
