Apparently when a squad sends a negotiation time, then cancels that negotiation and sends a new one, then the other team accepts the new negotiation time, the game will sometimes get scheduled for the first negotiation time instead of the second.
If this happens the squad captains from both squads need to ?msg me and tell me what time they want the game rescheduled for. It's important that players check the TWL website regularly in case this happens and I need to reschedule one of the games. Hopefully this can get fixed soon.
