I mean I cant investigate until night 2 either, so.... that's at least two nights they'd have been safe. Why let him be sacrificed when they couldve pushed anyone else, or simply let beast die? Beast would need to be Godfather to even make it remotely justifiable imo.

Probably a good move now that 2 have died for Exalt to investigate ixt and identify if he is really town or not. Just an idea. If ixt is telling the truth, I'd rather not lose a town bodyguard or anyone town to a lynch, even if it's a guy that doesn't know how to be responsible with his 'powers.'

I still think Beast is mafia scum, but we've got almost 2 days before I need to make a bolded vote.

I played mafia on sites like mafiascum in the past and did well enough, but it was always missing something that only TW forums could provide. The above quote is a perfect example of that quality that keeps me coming back.

Also, I dont really like Edify trying to direct where I should investigate. If I die tonight, then lynch ixt. Easy money there. If he's actually a Bodyguard, then he's probably next to die instead, so it's a waste of an investigation.

Also, my first read on Edify when I was about to be lynched and gave a list matches what Voth reads now. Edify is almost too townie to be town. It's a hard read to quantify, but it doesnt seem natural to me. Not sure how to explain it better than that. I'd have no problems voting there. He may be an investigation target otherwise.

Lynching me is going to be a complete waste of time unless it exposes mafia to come out of the woodworks. If it does, I'm all for it (but there's no way to know that).

this is what im trying to convey, its a psychological competition with the remaining mafia. either they try to tack blame on me and push me during day phase, or target me to ensure a protective role is out of the picture. I don't believe they would do the latter as i am a so-called "low-hanging fruit" and they would have more value trying to push me during day to target more threats to them. Thats why i can openly claim knowing that a third party and mafia member are already dead.

Eeey! Dudes and dolls, lawyer in real life and things have been a bit more hectic than i'd like in the last 36 hours but hopefully will be smooth sailing now (haha get it maritime pun such palatable vanilla flavor wow). After catching up on 27 pages of shit-flinging i'm here and ready to pontificate wildly and comb through old posts alongside my fellow townies. Unless i'm missing something we don't have a whole ton to go off of yet, not nothing for sure but i didn't see anything dispositive. Depending on your vantage point, really hard to tell what the balance of powers is at the moment, yet i remain cautiously optimistic.

Everybody got acquainted with one another Day 1 so here's what partyfalcon's about (to save us all some time bickering about who i am or what my playing style may or may not be): just take it slow, otherwise you're doing scum a favor, honor your commitments, never role claim before necessary, kill all liars, inductive reasoning (show your work), make a record, be precise, leave clues to help other people on your team find you, eyes on your win condition.

Now that we're stuck together here, out at sea dying consecutively on this big terrifying vessel, really all we can do is try to ferret out information and sort through it all as it accrues. Easier said than done, so we all know. Unless you have something concrete and actionable to report, let me caution you to try to disseminate the information without giving any explicit or overt claim. Think creatively about it; something you can point to later, yknow?
