Anyone rated 7* or lower on the Basing Cup draft sheet and not being started by their own team can be borrowed by any team, including the playoffs.

Since we're expanding to 6 teams and many euros can't play weekdays, I'm going to experiment and allow 8*s to be borrowed on weekdays only during the regular season, with a maximum of one 8* per team borrow allowed.

I reserve the right to remove this feature if it is unpopular as it's experimental, but let's see how it goes first, as I want to try to avoid forfeits.

Borrows:

10* -- Never
9* -- Never
8* -- Weekdays only (maximum 1)
7* -- Always
6* -- Always
