I haven't touched the Warbird or Javelin formulas since TSL began. I've tinkered a bit with all three basing ships, but I don't think it's related. I'm relatively happy with where the values are and how it's gauging performance, insofar as statistics can assess performance.

The values in base are higher than javelin/warbird so i divided the values to bring them in line with the other leagues so people's Overall value makes sense and isn't dominated by basers. I think on the first list I also divided Games Played in base to boot... which makes no sense, and inflates Per game stats, so I didn't do it on the current list. That probably brought down the Per Game values of everyone who bases.
