TW Servers Down -- TSL Monday

If servers come back online this evening (Sunday), we'll try to get some games going.

That seems unlikely based on past events. Like the last time TW went down on a Sunday, we'll host TSL on Monday instead.

If, for some reason, the servers aren't up by then, we'll do it on Friday or Saturday.
