lag? ploss limits

i played some in duel recently and they had ploss at 8/9% C2S and S2C is this even allowed, shouldnt the bot spec them?

Probably doesn't see the spike.. Usually the ?lag command doesn't say it right and it will if you reconect.. but yeah the bot won't see a spike in their playing... I believe
