With regards to the playoff brackets

Surely the playoffs should be seeded better with #1 vs #64, #2 vs #63 etc rather than #63 vs #64? the way its currently set out if a half decent player is down in the #60s they got a much easier route to the playoff finals than say someone in the top 10.
