TWEL Corrupt and It's KATC's Fault!

Started TWEL duel versus Welt. I was up 8-4, bot crashed, now I'm in an arguement about why I should restart this duel when clearly Left_Eye was there watching and a crowd of about 30+.. This is the message KATC sent in public... "Start the duel between Best vs Welt 8-4. This will be the last duel of the week for TWEL playoffs until we get the bot fixed" - KATC <-- Then changes his mind telling us the match was void and needs to be played again.

We all know the duel bot had issues for a long time, and KATC made these rules without knowing the issues with the bot, that anyone who had messed with TWEL before would know this is wrong! Ya'll don't need to make someone who's winning suffer because of your crappy bots!

If there are any reasons such as zone-wide issues such as bot malfunctions. The match will be considered null and void, and will need to be re-played. Any appeals must be made by ?message within 24 hours of completion to KATC

Why even make this harder than it has to be? It's common sense, you were there watching the match, the bot crashed, everyone logs back on, restart where it left off, done. It's when staff becomes to afraid to make a decision on their own because they don't want to risk making a mistake is when shit starts to happen. I get TWL being more perplexing and more stressful to make calls due to it having a bigger player base, but come on, you are there watching two guys battle it out, how hard is it to make a call on that?

Granted I'm not technically in this argument (being welt, best, and staff), but it'd piss me off to no extent to have to replay something, especially it being a tournament game, over again, when I'm winning.

Just replay it at 8-4 and be done with it.

If a staffer was watching and can verify the score upon the bot crash, there's no reason it couldnt be resumed from there. That's a call for the TWEL head Op though. If you have an issue from there, contact Tres.
