TWEL Week 3 Extended to Thursday Night

Seems like a lot of players didn't complete their duels for week 3. I was out of town on an emergency all week and was unable to send out messages to notify people of their duels. Also, Easter weekend probably had some impact on this as well.

Week 3 is extended until Thursday night at midnight EST. Week 4 will then begin on the Friday and end on Sunday, the 18th.

Messages will be sent out tonight.
