i can disconnect TW, get back into continuum, get back into the TW server, and get to ?go duel in like 15 seconds

1 minute is enough for you to restart cont, or the whole comp if you're fast.

If you'd make the time longer, it's just longer to wait when some1 forfeits.

1 minute isnt sufficient to come back when u lose connection!
