trading causes problems. People make unfair trades. Players demand to be traded. Hell just don't allow trades and avoid the whole mess.

You are allowed to trade players, rough.

A large premise of the draft tourny is so that we can trade players. However the skill at which a captain measures a player's skill shouldn't be fixed, as certain players don't team well with others, so there shouldn't be a fixed number associated with a player even IF they were to trade back a player who's associated value is significantly lower.

Wouldnt it be better for this TWDT Season if u can actually trade players to other teams? Also have like a salary cap of each player? like for example Death Row 3,000 for 1 yr with the team or whatever

if you want the picking to be made quicker maybe give each captain a list of all the players entered the night before hand so the captains can make a list of 40 players they want (because a vet is bound to be picked more than once) and then when it comes to confirming choices, the captains should be prepared and have a list ready

alternatively, threaten the captains with castration if they are too slow

I remember last year people were really excited about this, and they got a representative from their draft team to update a post on the forum concerning their team's roster. THere'd also have to be a constantly updated list after each round of picks so that we know who has been picked and who hasn't.

two draft leagues ago (the one path of daggers ran) i was updating in real-time on a ?chat=draft because pod ended up having the actual draft in a 35-delimited arena to cut down on lag, and putting it on the forums. i could always do that again.
