As a captain, I'd be worried about it. Especially if my team started losing a bit.

why not make it a 7 week season and have everybody make the playoffs in every league, 1vs8 etc.

every week the same squad plays the same squad in all 3 leagues, build up a weekly rivalry

(nice to see that the team i'm on is at the top of the list in dueling and base tho)

I didn't make the confrences 1-3-5-7 and 2-4-6-8, they were done to make things a little more even and switched around in order.
