you cannot pick up a player you dropped, I understand it is harsh, but after the fiasco with confluence last season I honestly don't care. The only penalty that is waived this week is the 5* penalty for dropping players. This bid is CLOSED

There are 2 parts: the losing max cap after you drop rule definitely doesn't take effect until after the first week, but not sure about the other part. It seems like drafting a player then taking advantage of the bidding system to abuse the ratings by dropping someone and then adding them at a lower rating should be prevented.

How about if u drop a person you can't pick them up at a lower value than which you had dropped the person at.
