But here is my issue with this: Creature dropped these 4, made huge bids on all 3 of the large auctions, was outbid, and about an hour after that he says "oh didn't know I need 30, lemme get these back"....it seems odd...I will think it over tmrw when I am in a better state of mind.

I don't believe he is breaking any rules by releasing them. It's possible he could release all 4 of them and then bid on a bunch of different free agents and have a full roster by Sunday.
