TWDT Squad Practice

In EGDL (EG's draft league) they have bots made that allow draft squads to vs each other for practice. Basically like a TWD season for TWDT. It works to drastically increase the competition of the league, since players could then practice with their teammates. This would be really cool to have for TW, if TWDT and TWD were to be run simultaneously. You'd pretty much always be playing games if you were both allowed to play for your TWD squad, and your TWDT squad.

Of course, people will have to prioritize one or the other, but that's up to them and at any rate it would still increase activity of gaming overall if even minimal games of TWDT practice were being played.

Also, since newer players need to step up to even be halfway competent in this league, this system would also encourage better players to teach newer players in order to get them up to par.

We've wanted the same idea for TWD/TWL squads. Just go to a private arena and get staff to run a bot for you.
