2005-2013 List of TWDT Champions (please help, work in progress)

This is a list I've reconstructed from archived forum posts, mostly recreating teams from the Draft Central logs, so it doesn't factor in many trades/drops/FA pickups/etc (ie, I had Vys listed as a winning cap, but Ease pointed out he ragequit and Thix actually capped the team.) So players from past years, please add corrections in this thread and I'll fix it, and hopefully in a few weeks we can get someone to throw this up into the TWDT arenas (since theyre still listing the 2012 Winners...) Thanks : )
