Proposal: Divest eliminated 5/5/5's to playoff teams in need

I'd like to reincorporate eliminated 5/5/5s who are not impact players to squads that need them. For instance, Hulk hasn't been able to get a 5 to show for like 3-4 weeks in a row and it's going to be a serious issue.

The players in question would be:

Beasty

Most of these players have never showed and I don't think any of them have been impact players, and I'd like to give them to teams in need.

This would exclude players like autopilot, shaddowknight, Eren, Lena, who have made contributions to their teams and would be a "step up" in many cases.

I've approved the divestment of non-impact 5/5/5 package players from eliminated squads. Ghost of Perdition (Oblivion) has been permanently transferred to Sour Milk after playing for them in TWDTB QF.

The following players are now available as emergency 5s should none be available:
