Refs in charge of games should be spotting these things, but ultimately it's the captains responsibility. The cap is flexible, there's borrowing, a channel to find 5-6 stars, and an easy-to-use star sheet for all 3 leagues...

dt-b - 18-star cap betwee players, so:
5*/5*/5* players

5*/6*/7* players

all you have to do for TWDT is find either 2 (or 3 for DT-B) players each round who fit any of those requirements.

just to hammer the point home, i've now hosted 5 games with zero roster issues,

and the only math i've ever taken in my life is high school algebra 1/2, geometry, and then remedial algebra in college with a stats class to meet the minimum requirement for math for my degree. i am absoluely math-tarded and this is the simplest star-cap system i've encountered.
