LOL Zidane.. ogron has pissed off multiple staff members for years.. where is our apology? He needs to apologize too and agree to not abuse and be WAY more professional and work with staff with repercussions towards him if he continues being unprofessional.

I know I'm being unprofessional myself when it relates to this and I probably will get disciplined in some way and possibly even lose my staff position but I'm sick of the cancer he causes and someone needs to do it. I've talked to sooo many players who almost quit because of him or have been so fed up and sick of his behaviour and mad at his insults and actions. He needs to zip it and be professional. I'm being unprofessional to tell him this but need to or it isn't going to work if he returns. I'm done talking about this guy with his quit twdt drama thread now.. microphone drop... up to all u all now to hash this thing out.. next input I do is game related only....

Ogron only resigned from a league no one complained about because the draft could not be ran. Why? Because there weren't/aren't nearly enough signups. Am I the only one who sees this for what it is?

The best option is for staff to apologize to ogron, specifically qan and Henry as they have meddled and pissed ogron off for months. Clearly dt should be delayed unless we get like 50 sign ups by Sunday, staff should focus on getting signups and hope ogron will be swayed by an apology. Otherwise look for another staffer to run the league who actually plays and is respected not some tard like jessup

Srsly I had more fun with out the clip art and silly preselected squad names and this forced hot or not stuff myself.. In the old days it was fluid and organic and permiated itself naturally in the forums by the player base. Shit talk sprung up.. squad rivalry formed on its own accord. The beauty was in that.. not excel sheets and
one person going dictator.

The mods hosted games on set times and we went at it. We had a bracket posted with names of squads and scores made with

and it worked fine. Best team got the e-medal lol. Pure and simple... The juicy stuff happened on its own. We don't need all these bells and whistles to have good competition and fun. TWDT is only here because for some reason everyone stopped making squads and TWL died. Ogron is not the end all. We don't even need just 1 person to run this stuff. Can easily be a group effort with numerous people involved.. (hint.. it already was )

I can throw proper teams together that are fair in spec when I hit f2 in seconds.. this stuff isn't rocket science. I could do star ratings in a few hours and not use excel. We don't need excel to do draft.. blue chat is fine and a pad and paper or direct input on forums. If we don't have enough to do 6 teams.. make it 4. Lower limits to 4 vs 4 and do 5 vs 5 if we have enough. It really isn't that complicated for any of us to do. The hard part is getting players to show up though lol.

Let's make a decision though. TWDT YAY or NAY. If not we move on and do something new with a little thought.

Henry came forward to make amends with Ogron and offered a legit explanation of his intentions for doing so for the betterment of TWDT and the zone. Then you furiously backtrack any progress that can be made near immediately afterward because? You talk about people growing up, would like to remind you adults have to play nice with people they don't like. Get off your high horse, your not perfect, you make mistakes too and you need to stop posting petty bs in the forums that makes the zone look like chaos. And if you think you'll get the same turnout without Ogron your mistaken, other staffers have come to this realization too, how can't you?
