Glad to see Henry Saari, Geio, and Vys have stepped up to run TWDT. I thought I would help out and created a list of all the potential signup targets.
This list includes every player who has played the past four seasons:

I strongly recommend trying to ?message all of these players in-game as soon as possible. Don't use the message bot, almost nobody reads those messages. You have to do it manually (or macro it) if you want them to be read.
I also ranked them by the amount of times they have signed up between 2014 and now, so the higher priority (i.e., more likely to be active and play) targets are higher up on the list.
I removed the spaces between the names due to some Excel issues, but I'm sure you know where to re-add them when messaging people.
