Sorry but I'm in an impossible situation..my squad refuses to show up and play for us and people are abusing me constantly.. I have better things to do with my time on Sundays then deal with this nonsense. I tried to put together a line and took a lot of time to do this. I did everything that was required of me to do but there are too many assholes who play this game who are purposely sinking my team, Its pathetic and a real shame to the zone and an insult to me personally. It shows true colors of many people here and I have had almost zero support from anyone besides kira, beasty and magnum size. Thanks to those of you who did show for games I didn't mention too. It wasn't everyone but had too many of my top picks mutiny and purposely destroy what I had hoped to be a competitive team.

Not gonna lie - I saw the thread title and immediately thought this was Ogron's resignation.

That aside: Jessup did give his best and at least stepped up and volunteered himself to help keep this game alive. Too many times in twdt, we get a group of people who hate their team and refuse to play or show up.. this shit needs to stop.. I only log on for twdt of twl and so when people ruin the experience- it makes it harder to care.

Jessup, this is part of capping any league in TW. If your team is doing pretty well in wb/jav, why not ask one of your top tier players to help you lead to keep those leagues organized?

Not a good look Jess. Your better then this! Obviously your leadership is necessary. Juggling 35+ personalities has its challenges but you are certainly capable of doing it. Learn from the adversity and make the proper changes. I would start by deleting this thread as I cant imagine people wanting to follow a quitter. Comon!

Jessup, the frustration you feel is normal considering your circumstance, some other capts had a bad dt today as well. My suggestion. Take some time, cool down and get back to the grind. Your squad has potential, seek out to fill the gaps, fix and learn from your mistakes and you'll be in a better place. If you have refusals to play, trade them for those who will play. Get key players who are there for you, to help you out with leadership. It's only week 2, still lots of games left.

You're only thinking about the people who aren't contributing and taking your actions out on the people who are showing for you. Enjoy watching players who normally don't get to play. If you haven't forfeited any games then you are doing a really good job. Success isn't always about the wins. Get through the season without forfeits and you'll be a respectable cap.

I've slept on it.. even though I'm still disappointed and mad at certain players who mutinied I will finish the season as Captain of Paladin. It isn't fair to the league for me to rage quit. I'd like to apologize to my teammates who are showing and trying on my team for losing my cool. Hopefully in the end something good will come out of this adversity.
