This week ended Power’s streak of no losses and Paladin’s streak of no forfeits. In other news, porkjet realized that his only shot at the limelight was to not actually show up and play, disappointing his captain once again.
Terrorist and Alf went 2-0, but their cause was helped by the fact that they both faced the punching bag team, Paladin.
Power and Baratheon went 1-1, which mattered more to Baratheon, as with a win vs Brexit they are now a shoe-in for the playoffs – not that zidane took the loss well.
Brexit was demolished despite good showups, going 0-2, and thus most likely not making the playoffs.
Following in Brexit’s footsteps with porkjet-induced behaviour, Paladin went 0-2 with a forfeit, adding further shame to their already wide load. Yes, they’re fat.

The terrorists padded their stats a bit, but I’m sure they didn’t enjoy it much more than their opponent did. The prophet showed up to play for the first time this season but was completely inconsequential with a 3-1 record.
HOT: dreamwin (22-23, 9 teks, 3.4 rpd). An impressive record despite the opponent being a total pushover.
NOT: mean gene (2-14, 1.2 rpd). Perhaps it is not fair to single him out, but an rpd as low as 1.2 surely deserves the spotlight.
NOT: vys (9-33). Maybe it’s time to lower his rating in base.

Power’s spiders outkilled the brexiteers by a devastating 140 kills, and also convincingly out-terred and outrepped them. Brexit gave a tepid performance with no one really standing out, at least in a positive way. Versus a team of Power’s calibre, that just won’t do.
HOT: Vehicle (25-0, 3 teks). An ace with 3 teks. Nice to say the least.
HOT: okyo (102-19). A campy record.
NOT: Ease (59-64). Ease did not have an easy time.

Porkjet was again a no-show forcing 10* spider Cripple to shark for a time due to lack of other viable options. ?go base shark staple Markymarkmorrow played well, and inmate was not horrible, at least based on the scoresheet.
With inadequate shark protection, Ogron’s terrier went boom 14 times. He did get 4 teks against Major Crisis, however. Then again, MC killed him 3 times in return, so that’s a moot point.
Baratheon won by 50 kills even with Cripple part-time sharking, but was not able to capitalize on their superior killing power. Spezza, Best and Kado all broke 100 kills, and Holy Ship finally performed well enough to not get a NOT. For the most part, ALF’s spiders played well despite losing in kills. Reaver and Rab took Ogron out a combined 7 times.
HOT: Reaver (102-47, 4 teks). Reaver broke 100 kills and got 4 crucial teks on Ogron.
HOT: Mythril (9-117, 1 tek, 3.0 rpd) & Beasty (13-119, 1 tek, 2.9 rpd). This shark duo has played well the entire season and I’m finally going to give them some credit.
NOT: porkjet (no score). He seems to love the attention he gets here and thus ensured that he would be mentioned.

Winning by 20 kills, Baratheon’s spiders were led by Spezza, who did not have enough time to break 100 kills. Brexit’s spiders were unable to perform well enough to win, but no one really played abysmally.
Cripple again filled in for poopjet in shark with Markymarkmorrow against Commodo and his assorted collection of misfit bedmates.
Best friends Ogron and Pressure both got only 1 kill on each other, giving neither more ammunition for their flame war. Well, apart from Pressure’s Brexit being (most likely) knocked out of the tourney.

Okyo outkilled everyone in spider, leading Trasher, MöMMöM God, nosydawg and Henry Saari. On Terrorist, Ra and kess broke 100 kills with dw, skyforger and Smoking Blue trailing behind.
Mr. homo pulled a porketjet-esque 2.7 rpd shark performance out of his ass, but was only able to get 1 kill. The course of the match changed when his shark partner DW switched himself with KLICK. Zidane and ephemeral were unable to protect Vehicle, who fell prey to dreamwin’s laggy and precise wb shots. Mikkiz played standard, but it’s worth noting he did not get a single tek on Vehicle.
HOT: dreamwin (77-91, 5 teks, 2.6 rpd). Switching between shark, spider, and warbird to harass Vehicle, he was the sole reason Terrorist won.
NOT: Vehicle (29-8). Caught with his pants down by dreamwin’s warbird, he was forced to run around seeking cover with a piece of toilet paper sticking to his ass cheeks. Notice the connection to the “spotless” record I mentioned earlier.
