lol, obviously you can't change anything like this after the draft. Part of being a good captain means you should take these things into account when drafting and not after you drafted bad in that division.

Tiny does have a point though.
How well the star cap works depends on the ratings of people who sign up, so the number should really depend on that.

Here's an example of how it could be done with a formula:

a = the number of teams
b = the number of players per team, in that division
c = round 1.3 * a*b
d = average rating of top c players in that division
e = d * b
the cap = round e

examples using this season:

e = 39.80769231
the cap = 40

From my ass. The purpose of it is as follows:
- 1.0x doesn't allow for anyone worse than the top players to play, so it's gotta be higher than that
- 1.3x makes wb and jav close to the current cap of 40 (wb and jav just happen to be the same this season)
- The 1.3 is multiplied by the team size, so it takes into account that basing teams are bigger and should include more noobs, so I don't think a different multiplier would be needed for basing
- Then simply using the same formula for basing produces 65* cap

I agree it can’t be changed now. It probably would have been a smart change before the draft but too late for this season.

Agree it should be lowered, however...
I also agree should not be changed after draft already done. I know a different * cap would have completely changed how I drafted.
